Infinity Infoway Announces ₹25 Crore IPO on BSE SME Platform
Infinity Infoway, a SaaS provider specializing in customized ERP solutions, is set to raise ₹25 crore through an initial public offering on the BSE SME platform. The company will issue 15.75 lakh equity shares priced between ₹147 and ₹155 per share, with subscriptions opening Tuesday.
Proceeds will fund the development of the proprietary "ZEROTOUCH" technology, IT infrastructure upgrades, tender deposits, and working capital needs. Holani Consultants leads the offering as manager, with Bigshare Services handling registrar duties.
Managing Director Bhaveshkumar Gadhethriya highlights the company's 17-year track record in delivering SaaS solutions to education, industrial, and government sectors through flagship products like Campus Management System and Infinity ERP. The firm currently serves 38 universities and 11 industries.
"The SaaS and EdTech sectors are experiencing accelerated growth fueled by digital transformation and policy reforms like the National Education Policy," notes Ashok Holani of Holani Consultants. This IPO positions Infinity Infoway to capitalize on India's expanding enterprise technology market.
